Mobile app for private bank customers
Client Brief
For a private bank in Geneva, we developed a concept for a mobile app for private bank customers. The client asked for a personal experience, something that provides a direct connection to events in realtime and to the customer’s consultant.
The experience we designed met these expectations, while it still delivered on all required functions and features expected for mobile banking. It included machine learning, among other functions, to ensure a very personal experience.
Team Work
The team for this project consisted of two UX designers, one feature architect, a business analyst, a project manager, a full-stack developer.
There were a lot of discussions and sync meetings, in which we defined the feature set and concept we would present to the client. It was a great project and everyone delivered excellent work, beyond of what is usually expected from a concept for a mobile banking app.
